Simply, we are a reward company, we reward all of our members for being part of the Town & Country Club.

If you do not already have a card, we send you a shiny black membership card to use in conjunction with local offers. It's easy, for example, just call a local restaurant listed in the directory, make a booking and present your Town & Country Club member card on arrival to claim your offer.

So how do I get started?

Set up

• If you have already received a membership card, all you need to do is register your card by clicking here. If you do not have a card there is a one- off administration charge of £5 to cover the cost of sending you your shiny black membership card, You do get this £5 back immediately, as your account is credited with 500 reward points upon joining!
• That's why membership is completely FREE!

How do I get rewards?

There are two kinds of companies listed in our VIP Offer Directory.

• Companies which are tagged "Online Offer - Earn Points" mean that every time you link through us and make a purchase, the monthly pot of reward points increases. At the end of every month, your share of these points is allocated to your account. All active members share points evenly.
• Companies which are tagged "Local Offer" mean that you get an offer from them instead of reward points. i.e. 10% off or a FREE bottle of wine.

We are unique because you share in the monthly pool of rewards, meaning you earn from not just your own purchases but from all of the other members purchases too!

• 3,000 reward points are worth £30 (One of if not the highest reward scheme around)

How do I find the offers?

You can find the offers in our 'VIP Offer Directory'. Just choose which category you want and then get clicking. For example; if you are looking for Women's shoes, go to the category "Fashion - Womenswear" and then click on the sub-category "Shoes".

How do I know if the offer is an online offer or a local one?

As explained above each company has a tag, either;

"Online Offer - Earn Rewards"

or

"Local Offer"

In addition to this all online offers clearly state "ONLINE PARTNER ONLY - YOU CANNOT USE YOUR CARD IN STORE OR BY TELEPHONE".

How do I keep up to date with the latest offers?

• If you enter your preferences when you sign up, you will receive weekly 'T&C Offer emails' updating you on offers relevant to you
• Our research team at T&C are constantly updating all of the offers online so you don't have to waste time trying to find them!

How do I check how many rewards I have earned & redeem them?

• The "Monthly Pool" of rewards is indicated at the top of the main homepage of the site
• Your personal rewards points balance is shown under 'My Account' on the website. Rewards points are split evenly between members and updated monthly
• You can redeem your rewards once you reach 3000 reward points or more in your account, then you can decide to cash in or wait for it to grow, either way, when you're ready to redeem, we send you a cheque.
• 3000 reward points are worth £30.

Will I get loads of spam email?

NO...WE NEVER COMPROMISE YOUR PERSONAL DATA OR PRIVACY. YOUR DATA IS NEVER SOLD ONTO A THIRD PARTY. You will only ever receive emails from T&C Club.
